4 Pines Keller Door Juiced Up Extra Summer Ale

As soon as this beer came in, I chilled it immediately, because I wanted to see if the recent acquisition of 4 Pines had made any difference to their Keller Door series.
It poured a beautiful golden colour with a soft creamy head and displayed an amazing aroma of passionfruit. On the first sip I noticed passionfruit puree had been added, giving it a thicker character than other Summer Ales.
The duel hop bill of Vic Secret and Galaxy changes the mouthfeel to pick up kiwifruit and slight notes of strawberries with a light body and low bitterness.
I will definitely drink again on a warm day relaxing by the pool … or any day for that matter. You know when a beer is just right, you want another – this is it.
Can I taste AB-InBev? No.
