This week on the tasting paddle is one from this month’s selection – MOSAIC BERLINER WEISSE by Ministry of Beer.

A nice light beer – in ABV and body.

Big fan of Berliner Weisses, especially fruity ones, but the great thing about this Berliner is that there is no fruit added. They that have kept it simple and let the MOSIAC hops work their magic, creating  a beautiful passionfruit note that really makes this beer tasty.

Love the fact that they didn’t over do it, there is no bitterness or sour after-taste. Just good old fashioned Water, Malt, Hops, Yeast and (I assume) Sugar. Nothing too complicated.

Great beer little beer.
