Friday Frothies – Ocean Reach IPA Review

Happy New Year Everybody.

I hope your festive period was as fun and fattening as mine. We are now back into the swing of things with a brand new year beginning, so my first Friday Froth Review comes as a little flashback to the holiday period for myself.

I was lucky enough to have been able to spend a week down at Phillip Island in Victoria (great place), which just happens to be the exact place where this beauty is brewed by Ocean Reach.

The Ocean Reach IPA is a bit different to a lot of the IPAs circulating the market at the moment. This beer is a lot lighter in body and softer on the bitterness.

With Phillip Island being the beachy, surfy town that it is, You need a beer that goes down really well with the heat and something that is refreshing and delicious for when you have your feet in the sand.

Great IPA…especially if you are not into the big, heavy, juicy boys.

Also have a great little taproom in the main street of Cowes.
