Friday Frothies – PIRATE LIFE AÇAI AND PASSIONFRUIT SOUR Review

With the warm weather that is engulfing the country at the moment, it was only a logical choice to have a beer that went down like water.

A fruity sour with moderate tartness. Yum.

Pirate Life “Acai & Passionfruit Sour” is my personal favourite from the crew at Pirate Life to date.

It was not too acidic, plenty of passionfruit flavour (probably some acai too, but I have no idea what that is meant to taste like) and a low enough ABV that you could sesh on this all summer long.

It poured a beautiful colour too with a nice foamy head, which you don’t usually get from a sour. So, it has made for a very picturesque summer beer.

Very easy drinking and can be enjoyed but not only beer drinkers, as my wife tried to steal my second one from the fridge.
