Friday Frothies – Sauce Hop Sauce Pale Ale Review

With the weather starting to be consistently hotter, lighter, more refreshing beers are starting to become the go to beers.

Luckily, there were a few in this month’s subscription box, so we have been a bit spoilt for choice.

One that has really caught my eye is the Pale Ale by Sauce Brewing.

With great mixture of US, NZ and Australian hops, there is plenty of tropical and stone fruit aromas swirling around. Along with its beautiful golden colour and light refreshing body, this smooth Pale Ale really hits the nail on the head.

The little to no bitterness creates a sessionability about this beer that is perfect for summer and what you want in a core beer range. Something that is consistently brilliant and reliable. A great go to beer if you are overwhelmed by the 100s of choices on Craft Cartel’s website.

It is easy to see why Sauce are becoming one of the best breweries in the country when their beers taste this good.

Until next week.

Drink Up.
