How good is this first beer out of this month’s subscription box?!

Stomping Ground Porter – Bunker. I have said it before and I will say it again, absolutely love everything that this gang puts out.

Winter conditions combined with the new Melbourne lockdown rules means that I really got to enjoy this dark delicious piece of liquid gold.

Plenty of roasted notes (as you would expect from a dark beer) but the sweetness of the chocolate really helps create a very session-able/easy drinking porter.

Light on the mouth, low in the bitterness and big on the flavour.

A crisp porter that really will really get you night started or finished – perfect for any wintery occasion.

All you Melbournians stay home – the rest of you enjoy your freedom!
