TASTING NOTES
This German born wheat beer has a cloudy pale straw appearance. A mild sweet nose and a well rounded palate showing characters of banana and spice.
BREWERY SNAPSHOT
4 Pines opened in Manly in 2008 and quickly made a splash. The brewery began by making four core beers – Kolsch, Pale, Hefeweizen and ESB. Today, their four signature brews are complemented by 15 to 20 seasonals and specialty batches each year.
DID YOU KNOW?
In October 2012, 4 Pines kegged their first brew out of their 5000 litre Brookvale brewery, just down the road from their original brewpub. Although 4 Pines has outgrown its 500 litre Manly microbrewery, it remains an integral part of the 4 Pines engine room, producing all of their small batch Keller Door range.
