TASTING NOTES
Lampooning your lips from the very first swig, this porker has more mystique than any flying swine. Stuffed with malt that’s smoked locally with the same wood as prize-winning bacon, this finely crafted local collaboration is a truly unique full-flavoured brew of peety, bacony proporktions. Go on, let this ale expand your beer horizons.
BREWERY SNAPSHOT
Barossa Valley Brewing’s genesis was far from the lush rolling hills of the Barossa, but in the far away shores of the United States. Denham, their brewery founder, was in University in 1990, (supposed to be) studying Economics and Business but instead, was falling in love with craft beer.
DID YOU KNOW?
Barossa Valley Brewing work with the best local ingredients – whether that be Barossa roasted coffee, local picked cherries or lemongrass tended by local producers.
