TASTING NOTES

Aroma- Very strong citrus, predominantly orange with lemon, lime and some mandarin. Orange blossom, sweet honey, apricot, orange peel, toffee and white grape. Moderate fruity ester, caramel and white bread. Flavour- sweet honey, caramel, marmalade, mango, citrus and guava

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

Big Shed Brewing Co naturally started out in a big shed on a rented property in the Barossa all the way back in 2002 . It has since grown into a successful commercial operation run out of a cool warehouse in Royal Park, South Australia.
