A sweet chocolate, caramel and biscuit milk stout with cocoa and fresh roasted coffee. A grain bill loaded with sweet caramel, chocolate, toffee and biscuit malt with low bitterness, medium body and laced with Dutch cocoa to fill your mouth with the classic Tim Tam flavour. Big Shed then added freshly roasted coffee from their mates at Prestwood Coffee to emulate that familiar experience of slamming your coffee through a Tim Tam.
Big Shed Brewing Co naturally started out in a big shed on a rented property in the Barossa all the way back in 2002 . It has since grown into a successful commercial operation run out of a cool warehouse in Royal Park, South Australia.

In September 2014 Big Shed launched their tasting bar and kitchen. Comprising of 6 taps and food that goes with their beer, and you can eat with your hands. They are fully operational on Friday and Saturday arvo/evenings, slinging brews and food to eager locals and visitors alike. Monday through Thursday they are open during the day for takeaways and sneaky pints.
