TASTING NOTES
A beer dedicated to Piozzo, where the “Pumpkin festival” is celebrated. This is the inspiration for this interpretation of what the Anglo Saxons call “pumpkin-ale”. The balance between the flavorsome taste of pumpkin and the unmistakable aroma of cinnamon make Zucca a very pleasant beer to drink.

The Baladin brewery was originally created in 1996 as a brewpub (production and bar) in Piozzo, Italy – a small village in the Langhe area in the province of Cuneo – by its founder and master brewer Teo Musso.

Baladin Brewery made the innovative choice to develop a short production chain, with the commitment to directly produce its ingredients. This led to the first 100% Italian beer made with Italian ingredients, including Italian hops from an experimental cultivation managed by Baladin. It has now become a completely autonomous brewery: from the production of raw ingredients, to their processing, from beer production to the optimization of energy resources and finally distribution.
