TASTING NOTES

A fruity, refreshing oat berliner fermented with passionfruit and hibiscus flowers.

Please note this beer is “gluten free” by international standards (below 20ppm or 20 milligrams of gluten per kilogram). However it is not gluten free by Australian standards which state “gluten free” products must contain no detectable levels of gluten. 

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

Brekeriet is a small sour beer brewery in Landskrona in Skåne, the most southern part of Sweden. Brekeriet tells the story of the three brothers Ek; Fredrik, Christian and André. With different backgrounds in business and food engineering they decided to team up and start a beer import firm in the spring of 2010.

DID YOU KNOW?

Brekeriet is the only brewery in Sweden, to ferment their beers with nothing but wild yeast and bacteria. To further enhance the taste experience, they also secondary ferment many of their beers with berries, fruit or whatever they find interesting to try.
