TASTING NOTES

In making this soft drink Bridge Road Brewers have used a key ingredient from the brewing process, Hops! Hops are the green female flowers of the hop plant and are used to provide aroma, flavour and bitterness.
BRB have used the Australian hop variety Enigma to create their own take on a classic drink.

Conceived by Ben Kraus in his dad’s back shed in 2005, Bridge Road Brewers has grown to become one of Australia’s best craft breweries. In their hometown of Beechworth they are constantly developing new recipes to satisfy the curiosity of themselves and their customers.
