TASTING NOTES
Bridge Road’s latest Mayday Hills foeder release is here to usher in the beginning of spring in a classic Belgian style. Grisette was first brewed in the Hainaut region of Belgium in the late 1800s. While the more well known Saison was considered a beer for farm workers – Grisette was the brew marketed to the miners of the region. Bridge Road’s take, sees the melding of the texture and aroma of this farmhouse style with a vibrant citrus lift courtesy of fresh Victorian mandarin. Light, bright and dry with a subtle funk, Mayday Mandarin is the ideal accompaniment to the changing season.

Conceived by Ben Kraus in his dad’s back shed in 2005, Bridge Road Brewers has grown to become one of Australia’s best craft breweries. In their hometown of Beechworth they are constantly developing new recipes to satisfy the curiosity of themselves and their customers.
