Acid on the sleeve. Ether in the trunk. Lawyer in the bath. Reptiles at the zoo. Poolside at the Flamingo. Excess while entertaining, seldom ends well. So when creating this lager, we layered in Sorachi hops for a fruity hit & made sure to add just the right amount of rice, drying it out while giving it a more muscular alcohol kick. This is rice country, after all.

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

Along with selling some of the freshest local beers available and the most interesting beers from around the world, Bucket Boys wanted to put their own mark on the brewing industry by releasing some very limited batches of their own creations. Brewing on a system so small it could fit in your car, they brew limited runs of beer for the bottle shop and the local community.

Bucket Boys started this business because they wanted to bring the passion they have for craft beer to Marrickville where they have worked in the beer industry for the past few years. With 8 physical breweries located in the Inner-West, and even more gypsy brewers, they thought that the area could use a hub where beer lovers could come to try new beers, take home growlers from our taps, and find a new craft beer home in Marrickville.
