Created in the Borough, this Port Melbourne Hazy IPA is light in colour and brewed with wheat and oats which lend haze proteins and a luscious mouthful. Using all American Hops with Mosaic in the brewhouse then double dry hopped with both Idaho 7 and El Dorado. The combination of these hops with a New England yeast strain create a tropical juice like fruitness.
One of the first breweries to open on Western Australia’s wild coastline, the Colonial Brewing Co tapped its first keg in 2004. It was the first step in an incredible journey, and guided by some of Australia’s most talented and passionate brewers.
