De Molen Mixed Pack

Brouwerij de Molen is a craft brewery situated in Bodegraven, Netherlands creating some of the best, most unique brews the world over.

While the brewery is young in age, it’s premises and beer makers are anything but novices. The brewery’s name means The Mill and is built in an old windmill called De Arkduif which was built in 1697.

Head brewer, Menno Olivier has a long and proud tradition making craft beer, having cut his teeth making barrel aged beers at Stadsbrouwerij De Pelgrim in Rotterdam. While a small brewery, Brouwerij brewery produces some of the best beers in Europe and indeed the world, with a penchant for barrel aged and imperial stouts beers.

They source their yeast from none other than Westvleteren. Known to produce the best of the best, it means that visitors to their brouwcafé are treated to beers not only delicious to taste but made form the ingredients anywhere in the world.

Imperial stout featuring 6 different malts plus flaked oats, Amarene cherries and then finished over cedar wood post fermentation.

De Molen Keulen & Aken Sauternes, 330ML Bottle, ABV 8.6%
Imperial hefeweizen-ish aged on sauternes barrels, released at Borefts Beer Festival 2018.

De Molen Nice & Cosy BA, 330ML Bottle, ABV 10%
A smoked Barrel aged tripel with cinnamon and star anise (barrel blend)
Ingredients: water, barley malts (pils, smoked), malts (wheat, oat), flaked corn, bitter hop (challenger), late hop (cascade), cinnamon, star anise, top fermenting yeast

De Molen Doom & Gloom, 330ML Bottle, ABV 10.6%
The Molen Doom & Gloom Barrel Aged is a BA Imperial Stout-ish. Tones of coffee, liquorice and whiskey.
