TASTING NOTES

Rook & Vuur is a subtle balance between smoke, chocolate and chilli peppers. Although it has a large complexity it is still surprisingly easy to drink. Try combining this beer with a young Gouda cheese and treat yourself.

Brouwerij de Molen is a craft beer brewery located in Bodegraven in the Netherlands. About a 30 minute drive from Amsterdam. They are well known for their varied collection of craft beers. They make it their business to brew the beer styles they like best themselves.

DID YOU KNOW?

The De Molen main brewery has moved further up the street but they still create smaller batches of craft beers in the mill at Brouwcafé de Molen: a beer focused restaurant, excellent beer shop and tasting room.
