A traditional style in Ireland made with whole oysters, shells and all! The base is a traditional style Irish stout with a light and approachable roasty body with layers of unique flavours from the Oysters. The shells add a mineral quality, while the meat and brine add a sweet/salty kick to finish. Very sessionable!
