The toasted maltiness blends with the fruity flavour from the fermentation. This red strong ale is lean and malty on the palate. Brewers gold hops delivers black currant and woody tones blending with the fruity esters from the fermentation.

In every restaurant kitchen and brewery they’ve worked since arriving in Australia, owners Thomas and Vince have always been called ‘Frenchies’. As two ‘Frenchies’ living in Australia, with an immense love of the Australian lifestyle and its people, they decided to adapt their Parisian bistronomy culture to the Australian taste and terroir.
