All this comes with a light pillowy mouthfeel from the London fog yeast along with an Atlas and Winter Wheat malt combo and a touch of rolled oats and caramalt.

As two ‘Frenchies’ living in Australia, with an immense love of the Australian lifestyle and its people, they decided to adapt their Parisian bistronomy culture to the Australian taste and terroir.
