TASTING NOTES
A Feast of Stevens is a lyrical and organoleptical illusion to the senses – a white stout. Brewed with 3 types of smoked malt, rolled oats, wheat and rye malts, and post fermentation additions of cocoa nibs and whole coffee beans from Nowra’s own Hyper Hyper Coffee. This is a smoky, spicy, mind bender of a beer. Pale gold in colour, but brimming with the coffee and chocolate characters you’d assosciate with a regular stout, yet no roasted or dark malts have been used. This is the embodiment of Christmas breakfast in the HopDog house.
