TASTING NOTES

New England IPA featuring the enigmatic Enigma hop. Brewed with oats and lactose sugar creating a smooth creamy texture, while fresh strawberries add a delightful sweetness to the palate. No bitterness in sight makes for a tasty treat!

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

At the helm of Hope Brewhouse is head brewer Matt Hogan, who has been steering production since the breweries inception back in 2014. Matt brings a winemaker’s approach to brewing, mixing innovation with tradition. His productivity is only matched by his passion, punching out new crafty masterpieces continuously. At any given time, their taps are flowing with about 12 different brews at our Hunter Valley & Nelson Bay venues.
