TASTING NOTES
La Sirène Brewery is excited to announce the first rare release from the TANK 3 SERIES. This new series is based on one-off experimental brews from their little 200L tank that embraces creativity and wonder in super limited batches. PETITE CERISE is the first creation in the series that sees whole sour cherries and hibiscus flowers infused into a refreshing farmhouse ale base. It’s deliciously rose-like!
BREWERY SNAPSHOT
La Sirène is an independent family-owned and operated Urban Farmhouse Brewery akin to modern-day ‘Saisonniers’ striving for Artistry in brewing. Their focus is on producing New World Farmhouse beers in their House Style with finesse, texture and above all crisp drinkability in humble honour of these age-old styles.
DID YOU KNOW?
La Sirène Brewing began as a response to a calling to create modern day artisanal farmhouse-style beers with character and identity, which quickly evolved into their life-long obsession. Starting life as gypsy brewers in the Victorian Highlands, their artisan brewing adventures swiftly led them to creating their own Urban Farmhouse Brewery next door to the Darebin Creek & National Park in inner-city Melbourne, Australia.
