Limeburners Infinity Solera Cask was matured for 8 years, solera-style, using 500L puncheons previously used in the production of port wine. The resulting single malt is all spice and fruit with aromas of port and vanilla on the nose, barley, honey, raisins and caramel on the palate and finishes smooth. It is bottled at 43% ABV.
