This approachable hibiscus sour is light, dry, refreshing and goes pretty well in a cocktail.

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

The Little Bang Brewing Company, straight from the suburbs of Adelaide. They are Fil and Ryan, and their families. They used to make video games for a living, they were nerds for games. They still are, really, but now They make beer. The Little Bang Brewery is different to most commercial breweries, it’s a mixture of brewing and wine making equipment, and other bits and pieces they either found or invented.

Little Bang don’t use preservatives or filter their beers, and they’re all vegan-friendly. They often find that they get a more complex, more interesting product with less intervention and a bit more time and patience.
