TASTING NOTES

The Little Brewing Company’s head brewer is a fastidious bastard. So are the rest of the brewers in the team. If you’re not a fastidious bastard you don’t get the gig, and they are all particularly fastidious when it comes to India Pale Ales. “Fastidious Bastard IPA” pays homage to the very hoppy and bitter India Pale Ales in the American west coast style. Hoppy aromas and flavours of pine, citrus, spice and resin entice the senses before a long bitter finish.

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

Situated in  Port Macquarie, it has been quite a ride for The Little Brewing Company since they started out in 2007. These guys won a gold medal at their first professional beer competition and now have more than 100 medals from national and international competitions. They never compromise on ingredients and use plenty in each batch which is surely the key to their success. Hey, it’s good to be fussy!
