TASTING NOTES
Mosaic is widely used in IPA’s – but wow – what an impact it can make on a 3.5% Abv sour! Pouring light straw in colour with a quickly dissipating head, you will note a fair dose of those Mosaic hops on the nose. Passionfruit, some light citrus and a touch of pine are most prominent. On the palate a genuine but well rounded sourness comes through, nicely guided on top of a faint lemony citrus. A tart, mostly dry finish at the tail end leaves you wanting more!
