BREWERY SNAPSHOT

After having been a keen home brewer for over 17 years in early 2016 Ministry of Beer was born. Ministry of Beer is a family run brewery from their small farm in Rosedale on the outskirts of the Barossa Valley, South Australia. Every beer they produce is brewed, bottled, and packaged by them at the brewery site. Brewing small batches means they can keep their beer fresh and spend time experimenting with malt, yeast and hops. They are also experimenting with oak barrels, fruit, herbs and various yeast and bacteria. Their beer list has evolved over the past 4 years, now including Pale Ale, IPA, NEIPA, Blonde, Stout, Pilsner and the Barrell Aged Range which they find their most rewarding offering. Utilising local Australian products and companies as much as they can helps them support their local community and keep money within Australia.
