fashioNEIPA – a convergence of the two hottest fashions in craft beer – Session Ales and Hazy IPAs. A light haze, burnished gold colour with tons of juicy tropical hops, including newly released Kiwi juggernaut Nectaron®. It also showcases US hop Lemondrop and Southern Hemisphere all-stars, Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy. The challenge with a beer like this is having sufficient mouth-feel, body, bitter/sweet balance to carry the huge hopping without the beer tasting like hop water. Piney, passionfruit nose and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel from the oats and wheat. Hops give the beer its beautiful tropical flavour with a hint of pineapple, mango and tinned lychees. Double dry hopped to create this NEIPA that bursts full of your favourite flavours.
