Combining pale and wheat malts, with the addition of a special variety of coffee beans from their friends at Background Coffee Roasters, this is a dry, tart and spicy brew the Belgians would be proud of. European and American hops then get combined with unique Aussie ingredients like wattle seeds and organic Tasmanian pepper added at the end of the boil to give a dry, clean finish to an already very sessionable Saison.
Nomad is an Aussie owned, independent brewery that set up shop in an abandoned carpet warehouse on Sydney’s Northern Beaches almost two years ago. They’re a rag tag bunch of all different nationalities brought together by a love of great beer. All that combined experience, differing viewpoints and collected air miles mean they know a thing or two and there’s nothing they like better than taking styles and techniques from around the world and pairing them with the amazing native ingredients found in their own back yard.
