TASTING NOTES

Yuzu and Ugli fruit infusions twisted together with the blueberry, tangerine notes of Mosaic make for a tangy, juicy, zesty array of aroma and flavor. Salivation will instantly ensue with one sniff of this crushable brew (5.8% ABV, 60 IBUs) that was inspired by a Yuzu brew they made with some brewing friends in Japan.

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

In 2002, Oskar Blues’ funky little Colorado grown brew-pub started stuffing their huge, voluminously hopped mutha of a pale ale in a can (Dale’s Pale Ale). That not only began the craft-beer-in-a-can craze, but has grown to add a brewery to the hills of Pisgah National Forest in Brevard, NC and another in the Live Music Capital of the World, Austin, TX, in 2016.

DID YOU KNOW?

Austin’s first brew, Dale’s Pale Ale (of course) rolled off the line at the end of June 2016 and they flung open their doors in late July 2016. OB ATX features top live music acts from the “Live Music Capital of the World”, Texas and beyond. Every weekend you can expect great brews, great food trucks, and great tunes in our 5,000 sq. ft. Tasty Weasel Taproom and/or 2000 sq. ft. patio.
