TASTING NOTES
The Banana Shake IPA is the latest ‘Experimental Series’ release from Otherside Brewing Co. Our ‘Experimental Series’ releases are where we make something a little out there. They are small batch and very limited edition. Banana esters are present from the hefeweizen yeast, as well as tropical fruit character from the hops. There’s added vanilla and lactose to give this IPA that big milkshake energy. It’s a blatant attempt to mimic the styles trending on instagram, but hey, ya know…

Born in Fremantle, Australia – the birthplace of Australian craft brewing – Otherside was started by a bunch of music industry mates who love good beer without the BS. Their beers are pretty straightforward; they’re brewed with the best of ingredients and are naturally preservative-free. Basically, they make beers they want to drink and then they share them with the world.

The Otherside Brewery is also the home to the Otherside Beer Tycoons. So far hundreds have signed up to ‘Own a Bit of a Brewery’. These Tycoons have been immortalised with their names engraved on the bricks that make up the Brewhouse bar.
