The mouth is full of chocolate, like every mud cake you ever scoffed, rum and raisin, cocoa nib, hot chewy continental loaf. Espresso like bitterness fades in time with a stylistic dry finish. Oats here play the part of the youngest sibling at a family get together, they help to mediate and smooth things over.

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

Adelaide deserves to be famous for more than churches and an iced coffee fetish. Sunshine, great food, better wine and famous festivals; it was the obvious choice for Pirate Life. Adelaide might have funny tasting water, but that doesn’t stop them from making a darn good brew.
