Gose 4.2%. Through time spent maturing in ex Shiraz barrels, Revel Brewing’s Gose has picked up a beautiful colour creating a lush pink hue that transcends to candied orange and sherbet characteristics, with a bright, refreshing acidity to follow. The perfect accompaniment to a cheese platter or otherwise enjoyed on its own.
