TASTING NOTES
A huge upgrade from last year’s Infrared Red IPA, Sauce Brewing has gone all out with this one. More malt, more hops, more booze and rye. Medium-bodied with a rich malt character, 10% rye for added spice, and heavily hopped with Mosaic, Amarillo and El Dorado. Presents with a beautiful red hue. Coming in at 8%, it’s the perfect Autumn lockdown beer.
