TASTING NOTES

Pouring a slightly hazy light copper, Temple Brewings 888 for 2021 has been dry-hopped with the new ‘Eclipse’ variety from Hop Products Australia. Temple Brewing have also added fresh mandarin juice and dried mandarin in the whirlpool. Expect subtle citrus juice and tartness in a well-balanced & sessionable pale ale
