TASTING NOTES

Our GABS 2020 beer. Inspired by the famous Viennese “Sachertorte”, this decadent Imperial Stout imparts a luscious chocolate-y flavour from the use of 5 specialty malts. A late boil addition of Simcoe imparts a slight earthy bitterness. We then added lashings of rich chocolate and jammy apricot during fermentation to elevate this dessert-in-a-glass. We recommend you let it warm slightly from the fridge to let the delectable aromas leap from your glass! Enjoy.
