Biscuity malts with s’mores inspired ingredients of real toasted marshmallows, vanilla bean and organic cacao round out this hefty nitro Amber Ale. Wolf Of The Willows has teamed up with Mörk Chocolate again, blending in their organic cacao nibs to give it that extra chocolaty goodness. They toasted loads of marshmallows and added them directly into the kettle, lovingly toasted with the perfect amount of charcoal coverage. Then comes the natural vanilla, and biscuit malts to keep the S’mores flavours rolling, PLUS it’s on Nitro to give it that extra creamy mouthfeel and texture.
Wolf of the Willows is a brewing company established by Scotty and Renae McKinnon in November 2014. They have a passion for producing hand crafted, modern ales that are distinct in quality, flavour and character – what they like to call ‘Ales of Distinction’.

Scotty’s love of brewing started young, helping his dad brew homemade ginger beer on his family’s property in rural Victoria. Years later, time spent as a ski bum in Colorado gave Scotty an introduction to the world of American craft brewing. This, he says, was followed by many years of perfecting beer recipes, growing hops on the family farm and of course, plenty of market research.
