The seventh instalment of our Brewery Series brings you a unique range of craft beers from Woolshed Brewery situated in a picturesque backwater of the Murray River in South Australia. Once a thriving wheat and sheep station, this family run brewery is steeped in history. Brewer Jackson Beavis has been at the helm since 2010 and enjoys giving his beers a distinct local twist. Locally grown wattle seed, almonds, hops, cacao and citrus feature in his recipes. Brewed in the old woolshed, Jackson uses rainwater, which he says gives the beers a real sense of place. In this special pack you’ll also get to try Jackson’s Utopia Hard Lemonade and experimental Hort 9909; a New World single hop pale lager.
